1 : a trusted military leader (as for a medieval prince)
2 : a leading champion of a cause

We could all do with a paladin taking charge and ridding us of the Republican leadership with one stroke of her mighty sword. Then she’d let the least annoying Democrat take over and disappear off into the sunset having saved us from the unethical scumbags who are poised to make the rich richer and the poor even more poor.

But seriously, this is the first really fun word to come up since I started doing this again. And as you can imagine there are a ton of really cool pictures that come up in an image search. This is a word for the fantasy lovers and rpg fans among us. Read the rest of this entry »
